Free shipping
We ship free of charge to all countries of the European Union.

Processing
Orders placed on a business day before 2 pm (German time) ship the same day from Germany. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays ship on the next business day.

Delivery times after dispatch
Germany: 1–2 business days
Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland: 2–4 business days
Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia: 3–5 business days
All other EU countries: 4–7 business days

Carrier and tracking
We ship with DHL or another reliable carrier. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. A signature is required on delivery.

Delivery area
We currently deliver within the European Union only.

Returns
You can return your pair within 30 days of delivery. You will find all details in our Returns & Refunds policy.
