2. What data we process
When you visit zerezza.com or place an order, we process: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), order and payment details, IP address, device and browser information, and your activity on our store.

3. Purposes and legal bases
– Processing and delivering your order, payment, returns and customer service: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).
– Retaining invoices and order records as required by German tax and commercial law: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
– Operating and securing our store, preventing fraud: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
– Analytics, marketing cookies and our newsletter: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Shopify (store hosting)
Our store runs on Shopify. Our contract partner is Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be processed by Shopify Inc. in Canada and the USA. Transfers are based on EU adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: shopify.com/legal/privacy

5. Payment providers
To process payments, we share the necessary data with the payment provider you choose: Shopify Payments (Stripe), PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg, or Klarna Bank AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden. For Klarna and PayPal, their own privacy policies apply; they may perform an identity and credit check.

6. Shipping
To deliver your order, we share your name, address and, where needed for delivery notifications, your email address or phone number with our shipping software provider Sendcloud B.V. (Eindhoven, Netherlands) and the carrier (e.g. DHL).

7. Cookies and consent
We use technically necessary cookies to run our store. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent, which you give and can change at any time via our cookie banner.

8. Meta Pixel
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. 9. Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) to understand how visitors use our store. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

10. Newsletter and emails (Klaviyo)
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use Klaviyo Inc. (Boston, USA) to send our emails. Data is transferred on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

11. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers named above and where required by law.

12. Storage period
We delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed. Order and invoice data is kept for up to 10 years as required by German tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

13. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Simply write to info@zerezza.com.

14. Right to lodge a complaint
