Shipping
Free shipping to all EU countries. Orders placed before 2 pm (German time) ship the same day from Germany. You will receive a tracking link by email. A signature is required on delivery.

Germany: 1–2 business days
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland: 2–4 business days
Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia: 3–5 business days
All other EU countries: 4–7 business days

Packaging
Every pair is wrapped in tissue paper and arrives in our signature Zerezza box, together with a personal thank-you card.

Payment
Pay securely by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna – also in 3 instalments. All prices include VAT.

Free size exchange
Not the right size? You can exchange your pair for another size free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Just write to info@zerezza.com and we send you a free return label. As soon as your shoes arrive back with us unworn and in their original condition, we ship your new size at no cost. One free exchange per pair. If your new size is sold out, you get a full refund.

Returns
You have 30 days to return your pair. Start your return with our Withdrawal Form and we send you a return label. €5 return shipping is deducted from your refund. Please send the shoes back unworn and, if possible, in their original box.
